| What forms of payment do you accept? |
| We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). |

| Do you charge for delivery? |
| No, as long as it is within 50 miles. We do charge a fee if it is outside this area. |
|
|
|
| Are the runners and 2x6's in the floor salt-treated? |
| No. When we set up the building, we put blocks under the building and runners. As long as the building is able to circulate air under it there will be no issues. If you want it salt-treated, we will build it for the market price. |

| If we decide to move or sell our house, will you move the building? |
| Yes, for a fee. |

|
| Can you match the vinyl and shingles with our house? |
| We have several sample books of vinyl from local dealers and can come very close. We can match the shingles the same or very close as well. |

| What about customizing my building? |
| We will put the door and windows on any side of the building you want. If you have doors and windows you would like to bring us to match what is in your house we will put them in at no charge. |

| What type of buildings do you move? |
| We move most any building as long we can load it on our trailer. You would need to call and give us details about the building (size, if it has runners, location, and destination) so we can give you a price. |

| How do I know if you have to build my building on site? |
| We need about 1 foot on each side of the building to get the building in. If you give us an address we will be happy to see if the building can be delivered. |

| Does the A-Roof cost the same as the Dutch? |
| Yes, but the Dutch is more expensive if there is a loft (A-Roof buildings can also have a loft though). |

| What type of vents are used in the buildings? |
| We use continuous Ridge-vent on the roof in the vinyl buildings and 8''x16'' metal vents on both ends of the wood buildings. |
|
|
|
| Do you provide the blocks that you put under the building? |
| Yes, enough blocks to level the building on the lot. |
|
|
|
| Do you deliver steps and blocks? |
| Yes, we charge a minimum of $25.00 for delivery of steps blocks. |

|
| How long does it take to have a building built |
| The normal time would be 5-7 days. |
|
|
|
| If I buy a building off the lot, how soon can it be delivered? |
| Sometimes we can deliver the same day. Depending on the delivery schedule, usually it is within 1-2 days. |

|
| What if my neighborhood has covenants? |
| We can usually satisfy any requirements as long as they are within reason. Just let us know how we can help. |
