Shingled roof (at least a 20 yr. shingle) We can match shingles to the color of your roof as long as the shingle price is reasonable
Overhang on A-Roof is 8" on each side and 1 ft on the front and back
Overhang on Dutch is 1 ft. on front and back and none on the sides
Wood Buildings are made of T111 Pine siding (unpainted) or Hardboard (primed)
Vinyl Buildings can be built to match the vinyl on your home
Metal Facial Board and Vinyl Soffitt come standard
"Lofts" are available for Dutch Roofs. They cost an additional 10% of listed price for Dutch Barn
Doors
The main door styles are standard, fiberglass, and metal roll-up. Also note that supplies of different types of doors will vary. See images below for examples of each.
