Building Moving
We offer a logistics service of moving our own, and a few other types of storage buildings. Our prices are reasonable, yet flexible, but will be based on the size of the building, distance needed to be moved, and the presence and location of the runners underneath the building.

Pricing
We have found that we hardly ever move two buildings that are the same size and are moved the same distance. Therefore, there will be some subjectivity in the process but will be guided by the rules below.

| If we move a building inside your property within 50 miles of our address. | $75.00 |
| If we move a building from property to property within a 10 mile radius of our address. | $150.00 |
| If we move a building from property to property beyond a 10 mile radius of our address. There is an extra charge of $25.00 for each additional 10 miles. | $200.00 |
Other Suggestions & Requirements
Things we need to know
- The building needs to be empty. We are not responsible for items left in the building as they may roll around and hit the walls and cause damage.
- The height of the building can not be taller than 12 feet for the trailers we use.
- We need to know if the building has runners (usually 4"x4" boards) under the building. How many runners? Also, how far apart are the runners?
- We would like to know if the floor is 2"x6" or 2"x4" floor joist.
We can NOT move your building if...
- The building lacks a floor attached to the building.
- Wider than 14ft or longer than 28ft.
