One of the reasons our buildings are so strong, durable, and popular is that we use our own rough-cut wood. This rough-cut wood is sawed using our own saw-mill and trimmed by our own edger. The wood almost always consists of Pine, Poplar, and Oak lumber. Board length ranges from 8' to 16', width from 4" to 12", and both 1.5" and 2" thickness.

The Rough Process

• Whole logs are cut into boards of lumber
• The boards are immediately set out to dry
• Once dry and customer order is in we can edge the board to appropriate width
